From gin to beauty products to tea, baubles have certainly got way more exciting!
Gone are the days when we merely festooned our trees with shiny, glittery globes in a certain colour scheme. These days we are (ahem) branching out into a whole new world of filled baubles! Now you know how excited I was about the product filled advent calendars, so you can only imagine my joy at being set the task of bringing you the best from the world of product filled baubles.
Now the best bit about these filled baubles is that one of the easiest things to do is fill them yourselves! Pop down to your local craft store and pick up a pack of clear baubles, then just fill them with whatever goodies take your fancy! In my house blind bags are always a winner, so last Christmas I made my daughter a blind bag surprise tree. It was simple, I bought one of those small cheap artificial trees and decorated it with baubles that I had filled with a variety of bling bags. Wrapped it up and of course it went down an absolute storm! An opening frenzy ensued!
If you would rather not go to the trouble of DIY then some thoughtful retailers have been busy preparing some prefilled bauble treats for you!
The Glittering Line up includes:
- The Gin Bauble
Available in 2 versions, the first from sipsmith come as miniature bottles on a string, so cute! While the second option are the more traditional bauble shape but still filled with the lovely gin and in a variety of colours, these come from Pickerings.
- Tea Baubles
Sticking with our drinks in a bauble theme, the Blue Bird Tea Co have a lovely selection of tea baubles with various flavours such as Christmas Cake, Snowball and Gingerbread Chai.
- Perfume Baubles
The perfume shop has something for the young ladies with their Ghost Girl baubles including an eau de toilette and a lip gloss.
- Sanctuary Bauble
Head down to boots to get your hands on the Sanctuary’s Christmas bauble filled with a miracle moisture trio.
- Molton Brown Bauble
For the slightly more luxurious Christmas Molton Brown put their delightful products in a bauble shaped container to help spread the joy!
- Lego Bauble
Lego can always be relied upon for creativity, and there is nothing so brilliant than giving each person in your family a lego bauble and having a little building session.
- Hotel Chocolat Bauble
If you fancy a cheeky little sweet treat for the filled bauble collection. These adorable little chocolate snowflakes inside the star shaped bauble mean that we might not wait for Christmas day for our snack!
- Harry Potter Baubles
Now technically this one is not a filled bauble. As a Harry Potter fan I just thought I would put it out there that if someone was to do a filled bauble of HP goodness then I think it would go down well! Until then Primark have these cool decorations for us to be going on with!
Phew! Now all I need to do is redesign my entire Christmas colour scheme so that all of these amazing baubles can fit on my tree!
We hope you enjoyed reading about the amazing baubles you can find out there. We would love for you to get in touch and tell us what you would like to see in our next Christmas post. Drop us a comment with your ideas and we will bring them to life!
